Chilli fish is prepared by marinating the fish pieces in ginger-garlic pastes, other ingredients and finally deep fried

Step 1

Make a paste with ginger-garlic paste, beaten egg white, maida and some salt.

Step 2

Marinate the fish pieces in this paste for 1 hour.

Step 3

Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the fish pieces to a golden brown color.

Step 4

Pour the remaining oil into another pan and saute onion, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, capsicum, green chillies and green chilly sauce for a few minutes.

Step 5

Add vinegar and mix gently. Allow the gravy to boil.

Step 6

Stir in fried fish pieces and simmer in low flame for a few seconds.

Step 7

Chilli fish, spicy mouth watering recipe, is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
