Step 1

1)Make a thin paste of maida, corn flour and 1/2 tsp of salt.

2)Cut paneer into small square pieces. Dip them in the paste and fry till they become golden brown in color.

3)Heat 2 tbsp of oil and fry green chillies and garlic.

4)Add salt, sugar, black pepper, ajinomoto, chilly sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and 2 tbsp of water. Cook for half a minute.

5)Add Paneer pieces and mix well.

:- Serve hot.

Hi All, First of all I would like to say that the photo what we are seeing is the one prepared by my wife Mrs. Sowmya Sandeep.This receipe is no doubt a good one, That bowl was not enough for me... I made it tody and was extremely tasty. Just added i small onion along with garlic and green chili. And ya, i used only 1 green chilli and that was perfect.If i added more, my tongue wud have burnt...But again, its all according to ones toleranc elevel.Thx alot for this great recip...

wow i have been trying to make a perfect chilli paneer dish for very long and ihave searched many recipes but this one actually worked and im sooo glad and so is my boyfirend cos now we can both make chilli paneer to perfection
