Step 1

De-shell the prawns and wash them.

Step 2

Marinate them with all the ingredients for 30 mins.

Step 3

Place a pan on flame and add oil to shallow fry it on a low flame.

Step 4

Cook for 5 mins.

Step 5

Turn the prawns and leave it to cook for another 5 mins.

Step 6

:- Serve hot.

A real easy recipe and so simple n quick to make. I diced an onion fine n fried that in the oil before adding the prawns to the same and it added flavour to the taste. You can also marinate the prawns with a little ginger garlic paste and can even skip the rice flour...it still tastes yum. A def reco for a quick yum recipe...thanks again for this!!
