Ingredients

Step 1

Rub the marinade onto the beef and keep aside for 10 mins.

Step 2

Pressure cook for 3 whistles or till tender with sufficient water. set aside the beef and the stock separately.

Step 3

In a wok, heat 3 tbsp sesame oil.

Step 4

Stir fry onions, chillies and the capsicum for a minute and keep aside.

Step 5

In the same oil, fry the ginger, garlic and the beef for 2 mins.

Step 6

Add the sauces and continue frying for a minute.

Step 7

Add the stock and the cornflour water.

Step 8

Continue till the sauce is almost drained.

Step 9

Add the fried ingredients and give it a final stir.

Step 10

:- Serve hot.

Step 11

:- If you dont like to use the stock we made, use 1 cube chicken/beef stock mixed in cup water.

Step 12

:-the best chilly sauce is the green chilly sauce we get in India, but if its unavailable use the hot red chilly sauce we get abroad

Awesome..!! It burns your tongue.. But i have the following small changes if you prefer it less strong for eating with chapathis 1. Add 1 Tsp Salt to the Marinade for the beef 2. Use only 1TBsp Chilly sauce in marinade (instead of 2) and 1TBsp in sauce (instead of 1.5) 3. Slightly reduce soya sauce 4. Use 2 Big Onions and 2 medium capcisum

Would be nice if you could mention when to add salt...coz if it is at the end...the pieces are not getting the salt taste at all...
