Pressure cook for 3 whistles or till tender with sufficient water. set aside the beef and the stock separately.
In a wok, heat 3 tbsp sesame oil.

In the same oil, fry the ginger, garlic and the beef for 2 mins.

it s an excellent recipe. I had this a couple of times in bar restaurants (Kerala) and I was looking for the recipe. It really came out very well. Thanks for the recipe.
Awesome..!! It burns your tongue..
But i have the following small changes if you prefer it less strong for eating with chapathis
1. Add 1 Tsp Salt to the Marinade for the beef
2. Use only 1TBsp Chilly sauce in marinade (instead of 2) and 1TBsp in sauce (instead of 1.5)
3. Slightly reduce soya sauce
4. Use 2 Big Onions and 2 medium capcisum
I tried this one and tured really very good. Everybody loved it. Thanks a lot.Do keep your recipies updated.
Would be nice if you could mention when to add salt...coz if it is at the end...the pieces are not getting the salt taste at all...
