Beef Dry Fry should not be that spicy. It should be just medium spicy. The recipe has more chilly for spiceness since it is deep fried. The crushed chilly and the corn flour coating gives a special taste for the beef dry fry.

Directions

Step 1

Pressure cook the beef with tumeric, salt and enough water. Keep the beef stock.

Step 2

Cut the cooked beef into thin slices.

Step 3

Add Tumeric Powder, Pepper Powder, Crushed Chilly, Garam Masala,Chilly Powder,Soya Sauce,Vinegar, Salt,
Kashmiri Chilly Powder, Ginger, Garlic and mix beef pieces well with beef stock. Add corn flour little by little and mix it, keep adding beef stock if necessary.

Step 4

Heat pan with enough oil to deep fry the beef.

Step 5

When hot enough add small batches of beef and fry it, in few minutes, it will be crispy. If it is small batches, oil wont absorbed much into the beef. When it is almost done add curry leaves.

Step 6

Take the beef from the pan into a plate with paper towel to remove excess oil.

Step 7

Enjoy the Beef Deep Fry.
