Step 1

For preparing yummy chilly chicken fry, first make a paste of eggs, maida and corn flour by adding little water.

Step 2

Add drained chicken pieces to the paste and mix well.

Step 3

Stir in crushed garlic, ginger and lime juice.

Step 4

Mix well and marinate for one hour.

Step 5

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces to a crispy brown color.

Step 6

Chilly chicken fry is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
