Step 1

For preparing chilly fried prawns, carefully de-vein the prawns, wash well and drain.

Step 2

Combine prawns with black pepper, green pepper, french vinaigrette dressing, lime juice, oil, garlic, salt, dill, red chilly and parsley.

Step 3

Allow the prawns to marinate overnight.

Step 4

Drain and fry the prawns until they are tender.

Step 5

Chilly fried prawns are ready. Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.
