Cook the rice along with salt and a tsp of oil. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onion and fry, till it becomes soft.
Add eggs and scramble well.
Add chicken and saute for few secs.
Add capsicum and green peas and saute for a min.
Add rice, salt, a pinch of chinese salt and pepper powder and toss nicely.
:- Serve hot with Chilly chicken or any spicy dish.

we should stop using ajinomoto in chinese dishes, though it enhances the flavour but very very bad for health. its just a suggestion.
