Step 1

For preparing chinese fried paneer, put the cubed paneer into a bowl.

Step 2

Add in the egg whites and 1/2 cup corn flour. Mix it well.

Step 3

Heat oil in a vessel and fry the paneer cubes till brown in colour. Remove and keep it aside.

Step 4

In the remaining oil sautT in the onion, carrot and ginger till it becomes transparent.

Step 5

Mean while, in a bowl mix in vinegar, sugar, soya sauce, 3 tsp corn flour, water and required salt.

Step 6

Pour this sauce in the onions and mix until the sauce becomes thick.

Step 7

Toss in the fried paneer and combine it gently. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes and remove it from the flame.

Step 8

Chinese fried paneer is ready. Serve immediately.
