Step 1

Add 2 tbsp of oil to a heated pan.

Step 2

Flash fry the onion paste, garlic pieces and jeera till the paste is golden brown.

Step 3

Add cinnamon powder, nutmeg, chilly powder, salt and pepper. Heat for 2 minutes.

Step 4

To this, add chopped tomatoes and mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Add corn flour and water mixture to this.

Step 6

Let it simmer till the gravy becomes thick. To this, add green chillies.

Step 7

Then place the fried eggs. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice. Serve with noodles or pasta.
