Directions

Step 1

Boil the rice.

Step 2

:- Each grain of the cooked rice should be separate.

Step 3

Cut the vegetables into small pieces and chop the leaves of the spring onions.

Step 4

Heat a wok till the surface is almost smoking. Then add the oil .

4)Add the vegetables and ajinomotto powder.

Step 5

Cook on a high flame for 3 - 4 mins.

Step 6

Add the cooked rice, soya sauce and salt and mix very well.

Step 7

Cook for 2 mins.

Step 8

:- Serve hot with chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.

It was tasty and good.... but half cup basmati rice is not enough for 6 adults... otherwise the recipe was really tasty...

Hi Just to note a point that for chinese fried rice they use pre-cooked rice( usual white grain). They cook in high fire in a large wok. That`s why its so different from ours.
