Ingredients

  • 1.2 cloves garlic + ginger (minced) 2 Jalapenos
    2.sliced 1 onion (sliced) ½ lb beef (slice as thin as possible) For the marinating the beef: 1 tbsp soy sauce ½ tsp black pepper 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cornstarch ¼ cup beef stock or water 1-2 tbsp of oil 2 tbsp hoisin sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional) 1 tbsp sugar (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Take a bowl and add in the beef and all the ingredients for marinating the beef. Let marinate for 5 minutes. Take a wok and set heat on high. Add in the oil. Add the ginger and garlic and stir. Add the beef and keep stirring till it changes color. Add the onions and jalapeno and stir for 2 minutes. Add the beef stock, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. Ready to serve. Enjoy!!
