Directions

Step 1

Remove the seed of green chilly and grind with garlic and half of the onion. Keep aside.

Step 2

Dust the prawns with little pepper powder and corn flour. Fry till light brown and keep aside.

Step 3

Mix together the chicken stock and soya sauce. Bring to boil till half.

Step 4

Add the fried prawns, capsicum, spring onion and white wine. Bring to boil.

Step 5

Now add the ground paste and boil till the sauce thickens.

Step 6

sprinkle some white pepper power and serve hot.

Step 7

Chinese prawns in sauce is ready to serve.
