Cook, peel and mash potatoes.
Chop carrots and beans into very fine pieces.
Chop cabbage too but very finely.
Add salt and keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
Squeeze out the excess water.
Meanwhile, chop capsicum finely.
Crumble the bread pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil.
Add carrots and beans and fry them.
Then add cabbage, capsicum followed by Ajinomoto, crushed green chillies & salt to taste.
Stir fry & remove from heat.
Allow it to cool.
Into the mashed potatoes, add the vegetable mixture & crumbled bread pieces and mix well.
Make lemon sized balls of the above mixture and shape them into 2-3 inch stick.
Fry them in hot oil.
Drain the excess oil on the tissue paper.
:-Serve hot with tomato/chilli sauce.
