For preparing choco nut fudge, place the dark chocolate and butter in a deep microwave dish and cook uncovered in high temperature for 1 min.
Stir it and cook again till the chocolate melts completely and bubbles.
Add the vanilla essence and milk to the melted chocolate and stir well.
Mix the icing sugar gradually by stirring it continuously.
Add nuts and mix again.
Pour into a shallow pudding tray and refrigerate till the fudge sets.
Unmould and cut in desired shapes and serve chilled.
