For preparing choco biscuit pudding, mix together egg yolk, butter & sugar thoroughly.
Add 1/4 cup cocoa powder mixed with milk & add cashew nuts.
Whisk egg white & add to the above.
Add 17 crushed arrowroot biscuits.
Layer a container with remaining 8 biscuits & the solution in alternative layers.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Make a solution of hide & seek biscuits with water & pour in a zig zag manner on top of the pudding.
Garnish with cherries & cashew nuts.
