Melt dalda in a pan.
Add maida and mix well.
Add cocoa powder and mix well. Keep it aside.
Dissolve sugar in 1/2 cup of water and boil, till it reaches one thread consistency.
Add the cocoa mixture into the boiling sugar syrup.
Mix well the whole thing and stir, till it starts to thicken.
Pour the above mix into a plate greased with dalda.
Allow it to cool and then cut it into pieces.
