Ingredients

  • Bittersweet chocolate(chopped) - 250g
    Heavy cream - 235g

Directions

Step 1

For preparing chocolate genache icing, first place the chocolate in a bowl.

2)Heat the cream in a small sauce pan over medium heat.

3)Bring the cream to a boil.

Step 2

When the cream has come to a boil, pour over the chopped chocolate, and whisk until smooth.

Step 3

Pour the ganache over the cake and pipe stars or flowers with butter cream icing once it is cooled.

Step 4

Chocolate ganache icing iss ready.
