Directions

Step 1

For preparing chocolate mousse, melt the chocolate pieces with 2 tbsp of water.

Step 2

Remove it from the heat. Add in butter and mix well to obtain a smooth mixture.

Step 3

Whisk the egg yolks and 20 grams sugar.

Step 4

Add in the cream and whip again.

Step 5

Then add in the melted chocolate and remaining sugar. Whip again.

Step 6

In another bowl, whisk in the egg white with salt until stiff.

Step 7

Fold in the egg whites with the chocolate and chill it.

8)Chocolate mousse is ready. Serve chilled with custard sauce.
