Directions

Step 1

In heavy bottom vessel ad water and bring to boil and add broke millet .

Step 2

cook for 10 mins close lid

Step 3

Add Sorghum millet powder and cook for 10 mins again in low flame . turn off

Step 4

Serve with and curry or gravy. cholam sadham is ready.
