Directions

Step 1

For preparing chukku kaapi, boil jaggery, basil, pepper powder, dry ginger and thippali in 1 liter water.

Step 2

Once it boils, add coffee powder and allow it to boil for 1 minute. Remove it from the flame.

Step 3

Chukku kaapi is ready. Filter the coffee and serve hot.

Step 4

Note:-
1)You can get thippali in ayurvedic stores.

Step 5

If you add one thippali, add one full jaggery (insted of 1/2) otherwise it will be too spicy.
