Step 1

Heat coconut oil in a pan.

Step 2

Add the vegetables and condiments except water and saute until it is brown.

Step 3

Later grind the mixture by adding water.

Step 4

:- This chutney is good with dosa and idli.

Just an extension....... To add taste to this, you may also saute about 3 - 4 pods of garlic, 1" length ginger, half a bunch of corriander leaves and few mint leaves and then grind them. Slurp!!! Good one!

Great recipe...very easy yet mouth watering. A tablespoon or two of white vinegar adds to the taste if you like the sour taste in your chutney... Good Job...:)
