Open up a pomegranate and separate its red juicy seeds to a vessel.
:- If you are using 1 pomegranate , for now only separate 1/2 a pomegranate.
Using your hand, squeeze these seeds in the vessel to take in their juice.
:- Do not use a blender. Also do not remove the inside white seeds.
When done, separate the other pomegranate (if u r using only 1 pomegranate then add the other 1/2) into the vessel.
Add the sugar and mix it well with a spoon so as to dissolve the sugar.
Chop the bananas to small square or rectangle shape and add it to the mixture too.
Chop the apple to small square or rectangle shapes and add it to the mixture.
Mix the mixture so well that all the fruits are well mixed.
Add the lemon juice (by squeezing it and removing the seeds) and mix well again.
Refrigerate it for more taste... but its optional.
:- Serve with loads of love.
