This is a great recipe. It was the second time I cooked beef and my husband was all crazy about the dish. Though it came out a little spicier than I expected it was so delicious I couldnt believe I made this on my own. I customized it a little and I have given the instructions that I followed. 1. Slice onions (2 medium sized) into long strips 2. Slit 6 long green chillis (reduce or add more chillis according to your taste)b 3. Peel and slit 8 garlic cloves 4. Chop tomatoes (2 medium) sized 5. Take 10 peppercorns, 3 cardomoms, 2 tsps of cumin seeds and 5 cloves in a mixer and grind into a fine paste (use a little water) 6. Heat a little oil on a pressure cooker open. 7. Put 1 strip of cinnamon, the slit chillis and the garlic cloves and fry for 2minutes 8. Add the onions and keep frying 9. Add 1 grated ginger and fry well (i did not have ginger so used ginger paste instead).. let the raw smell of ginger go 10. Add the chopped tomatoes to this and fry more 11. Add a pinch of turmeric, 2 tsps of coriander powder, 1 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of chilli powder and 1/2 tsp of pepper powder (if you do not want it too spicy, cut down on the chilli & pepper powder) 12. Mix well and let it boil for a minute 13. Wash and cut the beef meat into small pieces 14. Add it to the cooking gravy in the cooker 15. Add salt to taste 16. Close the cooker and let it cook for one whistle. 17. After the whistle, bring it to sim (or low) and let the pressure release. 18. Release the pressure and carefully open the cooker. 19. Let it simmer in a low flame 20. Depending on how much gravy or thick you want the curry to be, let it thickem 21. In a separate pan, add coconut oil and mustard. Once the mustard splutters, add curry leaves.. 22. Season the beef curry with this mustard and curry leaves 23. Serve it with hot rice/chappatis

Thanks for the recipe. I tried this recipe two times, came out very well. At first time I made forgot to put onions in the mix, I used onions only for seasoning. It tasted better than the second one, with onions.
