For preparing coconut beef dry, heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry the beef with a pinch of salt and pepper powder.
Add in the potatoes, onions, chilly powder, coriander powder, meat masala powder and salt. Mix it well with a very little water.
Close the lid and allow the beef and the potatoes to cook.
Then pour in the coconut milk and allow it to dry up.
Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice.
Coconut beef dry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
