Coconut burfi recipe is prepared by blending grated coconut in sugar syrup

Directions

Step 1

First fry lightly the grated coconut in a pan. Keep aside.

Step 2

Take a vessel and boil water.Add sugar and bring to boil in low flame.

Step 3

Add milk to boiling sugar syrup.

Step 4

Keep stirring until sugar syrup thickens.

Step 5

Stir in fried coconut and mix well to combine sugar syrup and coconut.

Step 6

Add cardamom powder and ghee. Stir gently.

Step 7

Spread and flatten mixture in a greased flat surface with gratted nuts.

8)Allow coconut burfi to cool and cut into desired shapes.

Step 8

Coconut burfi recipe, an easy to prepare North Indian dish, is ready.
