Place sugar and water in a pan on medium flame.
Melt sugar in the water.
When it starts turning brown, add coconut.
Keep stirring, till the coconut leaves the sides of the tawa.
Add powdered cardamom(powder in mixie with some sugar).
Grease a plate with ghee.
Pour the coconut mixture into the plate.
Cut it into small pieces.
Note:- You may also like the burfi, if you burn it a bit. Try with a small portion.

What I also did was to spread one half in the plate. Add color to the remaining portion and spread that on top of the first layer....Looks really good...try it
