Step 1

For preparing coconut crab curry, grind onions, tomato, ginger, garlic, coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, dried red chillies, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, vinegar and salt to smooth paste.

Step 2

Heat oil in a vessel and sautT the above paste for 5 minutes on low flame.

Step 3

Toss in the crabs and mix well with a little water. Allow it to cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Pour in the coconut milk, cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

Step 5

Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.

Step 6

Coconut crab curry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, bread, etc.
