Ingredients

  • Fresh coconut cream : 1 cup
    Custard powder : ½ cup
    Milk : 1 cup
    Sugar : ½ cup
    Butter cake : 4 piece
    Available fruits : banana
    papaya
    litchi (3-4 kinds of fruits) sliced into small pieces

Step 1

Take half cup cold milk and mix custard powder.

Step 2

Heat rest of the milk and add sugar.

Step 3

Add the mixture of cold milk and custard milk to this and cook for about 6 - 7 minutes on slow flame.

Step 4

Add coconut cream to it and stir well.

Take the custard ,off the pan and let it cool down.

Take the butter cake and deform it in such a way that u can make balls out of these with fruit stuffing inside.

Step 7

Dip these fruit cake balls in the coconut - custard mixture

Step 8

Refrigerate and serve cold.
