In a bowl add soya sauce, maida, corn flour, rice flour, salt, pepper, lemon juice and mix
Now add chicken and marinate for 10 mins.
In another bowl add egg, salt and pepper and beat well and keep aside
In another bowl add maida, corn flour and water make as batter and keep aside
In a plate mix dried coconut powder and bread crumbs and keep aside.
In a pan heat the oil . Now take chicken piece one by one dip in egg batter
Next in flour batter. Next in bread crumbs and coconut powder and put it in oil to fry
Fry the chicken until it gets in brown colour.
Now coconut fried chicken is ready. Serve with sauce.
