Step 1

For preparing coconut milk fish curry, cook the fish fillets with coconut milk and a little salt water till the fish becomes tender.

Step 2

In a pan heat the oil, add the curry leaves and the flaked dry chillies.

Step 3

Then add in cumin powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Saute it for 1 minute on low flame.

Step 4

Toss it into the fish curry and mix well.

Step 5

Coconut milk fish curry is ready. Serve hot with bread, puloa, etc.
