Step 1

For preparing coconut paste potato gravy, blend together all the ingredients under paste. Keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat coconut oil in a vessel and add the paste. Fry till the oil separates.

Step 3

Toss in the curry leaves.

4)Add in the potatoes, tomatoes, onions, turmeric powder and salt. Allow the potatoes to cook with a closed lid.(add water if required)

Step 4

Pour in the coconut milk. Mix well and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Coconut paste potato gravy is ready. Serve hot with rice.
