Step 1

For preparing coconut vegetable gravy, heat dalda in a vessel and sautT the onions till it becomes transparent.

Step 2

Toss in the potatoes, cauliflower, yam, beans, carrot, tomato and garlic. Saute it for 1 minute.

Step 3

Add in chaat masala, turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder and salt.

Step 4

Pour required water and allow the veggies to cook.

Step 5

Pour in the coconut milk and allow it to simmer for 3 minutes with coriander leaves.

Step 6

Then add in the pepper powder, green peas, coriander leaves and curry leaves. Allow it to simmer.

Step 7

Coconut vegetable gravy is ready. Serve hot with bread, rice, chapathi, etc
