For preparing coconut with peanuts recipe, saute the coconut in a vessel over low flame until it becomes golden in colour. Allow to cool and put it in a bowl. 2)Blend onion and garlic to a smooth paste.
Heat oil in a vessel and saute the paste on low flame for 2 minutes.
Add in coriander powder, cumin powder, tamarind juice and brown sugar. Allow it to cook for 4 minutes stirring it continuously.
Toss in the sauted coconut and remove it from the flame. Allow it to cool.
Sprinkle the crushed peanuts and leave it to stand for 1/2 an hour before serving.
Coconut with peanuts recipe is ready. Serve cold.
