Ingredients

  • 1.Cooking oil
    2.1/4 spoon black mustard seeds
    3.1 teaspoon split bengal gram ( chana dal )
    4.1 teaspoon split green gram ( moong dal )
    5.Two table spoons of peanuts or groundnuts
    6. Curry leaves
    7.Green chilli pieces
    8.Ginger powder
    9. Coconut powder ( about 1/4 the quantity of the rice.
    10. Cilantro
    11.Salt
    12.Cooled down rice
    13.Papadum ( papad )

Directions

Step 1

First off make an ordinary papad ...and keep away ..
Heat some cooking oil and add to it in sequence .. 1/4 spoon black mustard seeds, 1/4 spoon jeera, 1 teaspoon chana dall, 1 teaspoon moong dall, two table spoons of peanuts / groundnuts, curry leaves, green chilli peices, ginger peices, and wait for the peanuts to cook / fry crisp .. then turn off the heat and add the coconut powder ( about 1/4 the quantity of the rice.. ) and cilantro and salt and thoroughly mix with previously cooked and cooled down rice... Then crush the papad and add to the coconut rice.. then
EAT !
