Step 1

Marinate the chicken in turmeric powder, chilly powder and ginger garlic paste for half an hour.

Step 2

Fry the marinated chicken in oil.

Step 3

Add onion, soya sauce and vineger and fry till golden brown.

Step 4

Pour the chicken stock along with ajinomotto and fry till the water evaporates.

Step 5

:- Serve hot.

I don`t accept this is CBE receipe. I come from CBE. I think this is your own invention. May be i call it CBE- china fried chicken.

Hi, How come you tell this is a CBE recipe. Dont do this again in the name of Coimbatore as i`m a Coimbatorian. Try to give our typical CBE recipes.

When did Tamil Nadu people invented Soya sauce,Ajina motto,vinegar,chicken broth....say its ur innovative fusion of chinese, and indian spices. It can`t be named `Coimbatore chicken`....may be `chino-Indo chicken`

to be honest i tried ur recipe only coz i am from coimbatore!!din`t expect it to turn out sooo good,and theres nobody to eat it..only me & my son!!its was soooo easy to make too..good!!
