For preparing cold cucumber salad, first mix oil, vinegar and salt.
Lightly blend it.
All the veggies should be cut in same length.
Mix it in a bowl.
Add the dressing to it.
Add pepper and chopped parsley(optional) and refrigerate.
Arrange the cucumber on bottom and others on top.
