Cut cabbage into very thin strips and grate carrot.
Then mix with mayonnaise pepper and salt. And keep aside.
Then cut the side of bread and make triangular pieces like sandwich.
Take one piece bread and spread the mayonnaise mixture and close with another piece . Now our sandwich is ready to eat,
This can be served as kids lunch box item or as an evening snack .
