Step 1

For preparing coriander soup, cook the coriander leaves in salt water for 2 minutes. Remove from the flame and allow it to cool.

Step 2

Blend the cooked coriander leaves along with the remaining water.

Step 3

Boil the coriander puree with 1 cup of water in a vessel.

Step 4

Mix corn flour in a 1/2 cup water.

Step 5

Pour it into the soup mixture stirring continuously avoiding lumps. Allow it boil for a minute.

Step 6

Add salt, sugar and pepper powder. Allow it to boil for 1 minute.

Step 7

Pour the coconut milk and allow it to simmer for 1 minute.

Step 8

Coriander soup is ready. Serve cream just before serving.
