Directions

Step 1

For preparing corn fritters, mix in maida, salt, egg, pepper powder and a little water to make a thick batter.

Step 2

Heat oil in a deep frying pan.

Step 3

Dip each baby corn in the batter and fry it in oil till it becomes golden brown in colour.

Step 4

Corn fritters are ready. Serve hot.
