Directions

Step 1

For preparing corn porridge, heat milk in a bowl with salt.

Step 2

Slowly add in the corn flour and mix it well avoiding lumps.

Step 3

Add in sugar, mix it continuously and allow it to cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Toss in the corn kernels and mix it well for 1 minute on low flame.

Step 5

Pour in more milk if required.

Step 6

Garnish with flaked almonds.

Step 7

Corn porridge is ready. Serve hot.
