Step 1

For preparing cottage cheese(paneer) dosa, shred the paneer and keep it aside.

Step 2

Grind the split bengal gram, raw rice and cooked rice to a fine paste adding required water to make a dosa batter consistency. Put it into a bowl.

Step 3

Add in salt, onion, curry leaves, green chillies and paneer. Mix it well.

Step 4

Heat a dosa frying pan and spread a tea spoon of oil. Pour in a spoonful of the paneer batter on the frying pan and spread it in circles.

Step 5

Drizzle oil to the edges of the dosa. Turn the dosa and cook on the other side.

Step 6

Cottage cheese(paneer) dosa¦s are ready. Serve hot with matar paneer, chicken curry, etc.
