Step 1

For preparing cottage cheese(paneer) with peas tart, heat oil in a vessel and saute the onions till it becomes transparent.

Step 2

Add the peas and paneer. Allow it to cook on low flame.

Step 3

Then add in the tomatoes and allow it to cook. Remove and keep aside.

Step 4

Rub the butter in the maida until it looks like bread crumbs.

Step 5

Knead this into a dough with a little water.

Step 6

Roll out the dough into a big chappathi that can fit the pie tin.

Step 7

Spread the tomato ketchup on the rolled dough and spread in the paneer filling.

Step 8

Sprinkle coriander leaves and bake it in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.

Step 9

Cottage cheese(paneer) with peas tart is ready. Serve hot.
