For preparing crab dry fry, boil the crabs in water and remove the flesh. Keep it aside.
Grind together coriander seeds, dry red chillies, cumin seeds and ginger-garlic paste. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a vessel. Fry onion till transparent.
Add the paste and fry well.
Put in the crab flesh, salt and a little water. Allow it to simmer for some time.
Then pour in lime juice. Cook till it becomes dry.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Crab dry fry is ready. Serve hot with chapathi.
