Step 1

For preparing crab flesh dry roast, first boil crabs with salt water. Remove only the flesh and keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a vessel and sautT in the small onions, garlic, ginger and green chillies.

Step 3

Sprinkle in chilly powder, pepper powder, salt and crab flesh. Mix it well till it becomes dry.

Step 4

Crab flesh dry roast is ready. Serve immediately.
