Step 1

Mix besan, rice flour, chilly powder, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, onion, cabbage and required salt adding some water.

Step 2

Mixture shouldn't be watery. Add very little water and the mixture must be thick as cabbage and onion must stick on to flour mixture.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan, fry the mixture until golden brown. Try to fry in simmer so that it cooks well and will be crispy too.
