Crispy Cauliflower Fry is a super hit starter snack. The crispy deep fried cauliflower florets make a great treat at parties. Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Blend the onion, tomato, ginger garlic to form a smooth paste.

Step 2

:- Do not add water.

Step 3

Gently fold in the paste to the florets along with salt, turmeric and chilly powder.

Step 4

:- Adjust the spice as needed.

Step 5

Marinate this for at least half an hour.

Step 6

Before frying, mix the corn and rice flour and deep fry immediately for crispy ones.

Step 7

:- This can also be shallow fried in 2 tbsp olive oil. In this case, reduce the flame to low and gently toss it over many times till the florets are brown, crispy and cooked. Use only a good non stick pan.

Step 8

:- Serve Crispy Cauliflower Fry hot.

Step 9

:- Crispy Cauliflower Fry goes well with Sweet chilly sauce or can be eaten as it is along with tea.
