Step 1

For preparing crispy fish fingers, sift together maida, rice flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

Step 2

To the bowl, add in the beaten egg yolk and add required water to make it a lump free thick batter.

Step 3

Heat oil in a deep frying pan.

Step 4

Dip the fish fillets into the batter. Fry it in oil on low flame till it becomes golden brown and crispy.

Step 5

Drain the fried fish fingers on to a tissue paper.

Step 6

Crispy fish fingers are ready. Serve immediately with ketchup.
