Step 1

Shell the prawns but leave the tails in tact.

Step 2

Devein, wash and pat dry.

Step 3

Mix together soya sauce, vinegar, chilly powder, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt.

Step 4

Marinate the prawns with the above for 30 mins.

Step 5

Add enough corn flour to absorb all the moisture.

Step 6

Heat oil for deep frying.

Step 7

Fry the marinated prawns, few at a time, in moderately hot oil.

Step 8

:- Serve immediately.

Hi!This recipe was easy to make and was good.I also tried this recipe by adding beaten egg to the prawns and then rolled it in cornflour before frying.....that was good too.
