Bengali: Laban / Noone
English: Bread crumbs
tamil: rotti crumbs
malayalam: rotti podichathu
telugu: bred mukkalu
kannada: bred crumbs
hindi: roti ke tukarom
Marinate the prawns with salt and lemon juice for 30 mins.
Dip it in the beaten egg and roll it over the bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry prawns one by one.
Flip the side after 20 seconds.
:- Prawns should not be over cooked.:- Maximum cooking time of prawns is 1-2 mins for frying.:- Spice lovers can add chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste while marinating. But non spicy one will be tasty.
